Hi Everyone, my name is Alex but you can call me the Indian Bookworm. I decided to create this website because while I do enjoy talking about books, I tend to get nervous whenever I think about posting a video about my thoughts on whatever book I am reading. No one is asking me to do it, but I want to share my thoughts and maybe save someone the trouble of starting a book only to realize that they hate it half way through (speaking from personal experience). On this website, you will get to see what books I have read and what my thoughts and opinion are about it.

Just a little bit more background about me, I am a South Asian male who currently works in the non-profit sector in New York City. I am also attending Capella University to obtain my doctorate in Clinical Psychology (which has been turning into quite a story in and of itself).

Ever since I could remember, I have enjoyed reading. I find it to be a great escape from the craziness that is the real world. My taste has certainly evolved over the years. While I still enjoy the good old fantasy and mystery books, I also read a lot of romantic books, especially ones that focus on the LGBTQ+ community, realistic fiction, as well as nonfiction books as well.

While I am excited about this journey, I am also a realistic person and recognize I have a lot on my plate. With that being said, I plan on writing reviews as often as I can so that you can get to see if there is anything I have read that piques your interest.
